- What does one credit buy?
- One search (a page of up to 20 local businesses, each checked and scored), one AI website review, or one set of outreach drafts. Opening something you've already generated is free.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Plan credits reset at the start of each month. Top-up credits you buy separately never expire, and they're only used once the month's plan credits run out.
- Can I try it before paying?
- Yes. You can run an example search without an account, and the free plan gives you 3 credits a month with no card required.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel under Manage billing on this page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to the free plan.
- Can I get a refund?
- If you haven't used any credits from a purchase, email team@firefly.tools within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. Once credits are used, that purchase can't be refunded.
- Who handles my payment?
- Creem, our merchant of record, takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. We never see your card number.
- Where does the business data come from?
- Business listings come from Google Maps Platform's official API, not scraping. The website checks and scores are our own.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- New searches stop until your credits reset at the start of the month. Everything you've already found stays where it is, and you can buy a top-up or move up a plan whenever you want more.
